Couldn't you sue them under the Trade Descriptions Act? They are giving you a product you didn't want/buy.

legally no you can't you purchase credits, the hotel's currency. You own the credits and can have them refunded if you're banned BUT you can change your credits for things on the hotel, sulake own all furni on the hotel but you use your credits to recieve the right to use furni.
