Dharok - Good for dueling and training if you've got another weapon besides the axe.
Torag - Good for training and dueling, it has amazing defence. But it's better with a weapon other than the hammers.

So.. If you're going to be training - Torag. If you're going to be training and dueling - Dharok. If you're going to be just dueling - Verac.

300+ is still good, atm i'm only 220-230 with my rune on....... I'll get obby shield then, i got 8.5mil to spend on armour because i already have my whip
