HabboForum was closed over holidays is why it had no posts last week. HabboForum seems to be bigger.

They seem to be bigger because they have less members and though they have less members the members they seem to have post more. This could have to do with the fact that there's so much registration time people don't bother making multiple accts. Also on HabboxForum many read but dont post or others desert accounts or just make a second one while waiting out a ban.
