Okay no offence or anything but it's not that good :S so yeah i think you need to tidy it up e.g make lines straighter, and where all the lines are sticking out you need to get rid of them and more shading etc.
So sorry but i'd give that a 2/10 (Sorry!)

- not habbo'ish
- no shading
- dont use yellow lines
- floor needs texture/pattern
- neaten up the lines
- dont use such clashing colours
most of all
- Give effort and TIME into your pixel art!

Did you know, on paint, there's a little button with a picture of a magnifying glass on it, click it, aim it and click again. It will give you wonderous omniscient powers to intricately enhance your art.
