There are a couple of scripting programs that allows you to send alerts to other users of that program.

There is a way to alert everyone who is using that scripting program in the room, that is the ONLY way you can alert people without being on Housekeeping or being a MODERATOR or HABBO STAFF.
If a person is using a scripting program, and alerts, and no one in the room other than that person is using a scripting program, no one will see any alert. OK?
