    They are not racist.
10% of our population comes from North African immigration in the 60's, so everything concerning politics, inside or outside France is censored.

You can't say "Chirac", which is the name of our president so people to not speak about politics.

Jewish and Muslim communities represent over 20% of our population, what Habbo Staffs wanted to do was to limit any conflict a racist teenager could start among the site because it would lead to bringing him to a court.

Of course their aim was not to be racist, they want teenagers to speak without mentionning their religion or political issues.

By the way (no edit button?), 'Nice' is censored because when misspelled - and French people generally have a really bad spelling - it's a bad word in French, the equivalent of your F word.

To those who will correct me saying 'Isreali' should be censored, it's just not French
We love welcoming English speaking users, but we won't copy & paste the English filter on our hotel and then adapt it

It's unlikely a french person will misspell Nice with a qu instead of a c.
It's obvious that foreign hotels don't just copy the english filter- otherwise there would be cursing on .it, .dk, .no, etc. ,and it wouldn't be english swearing- it would be their language.

Wait- what am I talking about?
(will be updated whenever I can be bothered to)

I'm pretty sure Molière would've killed himself if he saw the grammar of some French users. Now they have shortened what was already slang, it's almost impossible to understand what some users are saying.

Hopefully some Frenchies will learn how to spell correctly. "Chui pola, jmanj" seems to mean "Je ne suis pas là, je mange" (= I'm away eating). We need a SpellingFairy 'round .fr
