What do you think of imprisonment?

Criminals take advantage of our justice system, They know that the people handing out the sentences cant make themselves look like criminals so they know they are going to get an easy ride.

Schwarznegger was right in sentencing that guy to death (I forget his name) Every person who tales the life of another, or who takes away someones innocence should be executed slowly, so they are beaten in their last moment of life.

I think if someone murders someone they diserve to die.

court rooms could make it more simple by just saying 'life' instead of all this rubbish like 3 years for this and 5 years for that etc.

Murder in rage for a reason maybe shouldnt deserve life.
Murder in cold blood, raaape, childe molestering etc, the sicko's who do these things deserve to be tortured to death, slowly and painfully.

Its not exactly bad for em in prison either! They have Tv's + Entertainment! To me that is wrong. They're in there to be punished! Why should they be entertained.

Prison is about re-abilitating the inmates to make them better people for when they are released, not about punishing them.

The death sentance shouldn't be allowed. What about people who were found guilty but are actually innocent? 4 men were imprisoned in Birmingham for like 15 years because they were thought to be members of the IRA, when they were infact innocent. If the death penalty was in exsistance, these innocent people wouldn't be alive.
