That's HORRIBLE! They should find those irresponsible parents and sue the living daylights out of them and put away the money for the baby's upbringing! :eusa_nod (Wish we had that smiley)

Actually parents do this because they think that it would be a breeze to have a baby until it happens then its harder then anything in the world.
