Here is some advice.

Download Ad-Aware, AVG and Zonealarm. These can stop you getting 'hacked' most of the time. The only time you can really be 'hacked' with these programs is if a Moderator has or you have a stupidly simple password.

Make a stupidly random password. Like fiMS0d. Write this down and put it somewhere safe and try to remember it (don't use the example). A great place for stupidly random passwords is somewhere on Habbo:

That is a great tool to make a new password that is hard to guess.

it seems your addicted to habbo/rs. i'd just say chill out, go outside, go for a walk, watch tv etc, take your mind off things.
