the roller doesnt actually go on the rug? just goes on the floor behind it, and looks like its on the rug. if you use a square rug you will see it properly

exactally what i was going to say

even in the pik that vodor gave the roller wasnt on the rug it was one square away from the rug

the roller just appears through the rug so it looks like it is on the rug

if you look at the rug you can see that it is not perfectally placed along the lines of the floor, it is stacked

but it is still a good tutorial to make it look real
