Did you ask Radio Habbo if you could use their Radio?
I just right clicked the radio ent to propersites got the IP and Port typed it into my browser, http://212.227.165.215:9016/ and the stream was up and active with the URL Radiohabbo.com

To answer your question yes radiohabbo gives everyone the right to use there radio if you scroll down on radiohabbo there be a box labeled useful links then there is text that says add our radio too your website.

You can escape some in firefox by right clicking the ad and dont allow image from blahblah.net

Its difficult with flash ones though
