Only the Chaos Elemental (305) and Kalphite Queen (333) drop them, both extremely difficult to kill. The Chaos Elemental can be found in 53 wilderness, west of Rouges Castle and the Kalphite Queen in the Kalphite layer. If you're going to either don't take anything you're not willing to lose.
