yeh but its like a trend for moshers to have long hair and like chavvy ppl and just normal ppl with short
so theres a divide

it's up to them what style/length their hair is.

To be honest it's up to the person themselves.
You can't just say 'Oh they SHOULD have this' cos it's not going to mean anything,well not to me anyway.
