both new furni are revolting
the tracks dont even link up :S why is tht? :S is theremore than one straight track furni?

if you noticed the track only provides enough space for tw lanes, his room has three. so there are two possible reasons for the unlinking tracks.

v9 room size causeing them to look off
doubling of the track flooring can cause some areas to show over others

I think that it is the V9 room layout, thye make everything look either out of proportion or distorted. Eg. Lodge/mode bars look out of place to.
