    Lending, Transferting, SELLING, Gieving etc VB forums is ILLGAL. FULL STOP.

    Why is it these thread come up every 10 minutes becuse people are to stupid to read disclames, and others are even studider and just pay for freely avaible illgal hacked ones.

    Well said, it's pretty pathetic really scrolling through the first few pages with all threads saying 'Selling vBulletin Forums' when it's against vBulletins Terms of Service.

    Perhaps the moderator of this section should create a sticky of not selling vBulletin forums as it's illegal and vBulletin will be informed if one is sold.

    They allow people to sell/give away leased forums. Life times ones can not be sold/given away.

    Jelsoft may, at its discretion, allow you to transfer your license to another party, providing the license:
    * has not already been transferred in the previous 12 months; and
    * was purchased more than 3 months in the past.
    * is an active owned license
    Im guessing thats the part to which you are refering.
    Notice how it says Transfer and not SELL.
    Also notice how it says at its discretion, which would imply you would need to get consent from them first?
