Try and calm down mate, for your fourth try it's actually really good, because everybody starts somewhere. Keep trying and your design skills will vastly improve, you just need to apply youself to it.

Another thing; how long did it take, most professional and good designers tend to take upto a few days on their designs, this is what I mean by applying yourself to it. Don't try and get it all finished in such a short time as one hour if you ever worked at a design company they would give you several days to work on it as a longer more thorough design will prove better and make you more proficiant in the design basis.
