Okay, Im a very weird person. The songs that I think are "Best" are often different than my personal favorites. But here are what I think are the "Best" songs from bands I like (Slashes means its kinda a tie between them):

Karma Police/Paranoid Android/Fake Plastic Trees- Radiohead
Fight Like A Brave/Under The Bridge- Red Hot Chili Peppers
Calm Like A Bomb- Rage Against The Machine
Like A Stone- Audioslave
Greedy Fly- Bush
Tangled Up In Plaid/In The Fade/I Never Came- Queens Of The Stone Age
The Clincher/Dos-Chevelle
She- Green Day
Black Hole Sun/Spoonman- Soundgarden
God Put A Smile Upon Your Face- Coldplay

Now just a few comments about these. Hey, Johnny Park! by Foo Fighters, Calm Like A Bomb by RATM, Greedy Fly by Bush, God Put A Smile Upon Your Face by Coldplay, and She by Green Day to me, are all overlooked masterpieces. Greedy Fly got a single, but didnt get much attention. Its a strange song, but after listening to it a few times, I could see how good it was.

Best Of You by Foo Fighters especially. People got the wrong idea about the band from that song.

Kelly Clarkson sucks majorly. She is bland as ever, no originality and LES CONVENIENTS she suddenly changes her music style since her debut FLOPPED in the UK. Love, the whole "I hate you because you left me" was done and perfected 10 years ago. Ever hear of Jagged Little pill and Tragic Kingdom? Exactly.
