    hmm...try covering them up with long sleeved tops, watchs, bracelets etc..anything u can really. If someone asks were there from, its your choice if you want 2 lie or not.

    Hey, I have the same problem as you, and everyone can see even if I wear long sleeved tops [when I strech ect] so.. to hide the cuts on my arms, I wear long sleeved tops, and a wrist band for my wrists

    Most do it for attention...actually most don't do it at all, just say they do it...for attention.
    The rare few that do self harm, and not for attention, wouldn't post it in a forum like this.

    You probably wouldn't think you're doing it for attention, because your own mind is one of the hardest to get real feelings out of.

    For example, say someone is abused, or bullied, and they cut themselves. They would probably believe that it is because of the "depression" (a much misused medical term) and grief that comes from whatever happened/happens. In reality, the cuts are there to see, because these people know that they need help, but so many are far too scared to say anything without being prompted - and someone mentioning the scars is a good prompt. It still doesn't always happen, because people often hole up about things, but the intention is the same.

    As with everyone else wear sweatbands and things. Get long sleeved tops that come down across your hand.
    Think about it people would you rather ask how to hide things like this on here or someone you know and will want answers and probably tell people you know?
