You should be able to buy badges these days, personally, I would buy the INFOBus badge and the halloween badge.

I thought the idea was council members wouldn't have badges cos they are only really council members in the Habbo Council Drop-In and if you wanna identify them and give ideas to them in there then they would be behind the bar.
