Omg the template was made in paint and then saved as a .jpg or .gif format and lost its colour by the looks of it Lmao. If you are going to make a site you should either keep the old one up until new is fully made or put maintanence up until it is made. Looks like your never going to buy that VB Forum Board Lmao

Yeah I think it was made in paint and saved in a bad format mainly because it's a bit blurry looking and the part with Evolution in it is very .jpgey
