The hair needs detail, it's should a black blob. The only shading has been done by habbo, which means you put no effort into doing shading. And to top it all off, part of it (Bottom left) is square.

Overall conclusion, 3/10 it needs a lot of work.

mm , i agree with the Hair part , it just looks Dark , But it still looks Okay , could add abit of Shading / Detail to the Hair then it's Gurd ;]
