i vote mentor since hes probably improved his skills the most and learned compliant css etc and cant wait till thybag 5 =] but nets of course rules .. =D

I can't really say to be honest. Joe is good at designing, and he is now learning his coding side. Dan, He's helped me through some odd things as well as I've helped him. Josh, He's helped me allot too, truely amazing guy, and I would say a master a JS.

I can't pick an exact person, and I don't really need to as everyone learns something new everyday

tbh this isnt even a real competition what it is is just some good old friends backing people up, maybe you should split it into sections coding and designing and get the people to show how they have improved with their designs and examples.
