??? WAT!!!! www.dec.org.uk is an OFFICIAL site, its on the news on the TV. Check BBC news if you don't believe me. Calling it a scam is rubbish , it can't possibly be a scam. Something read out 2 mins before new year in the middle of London can not be a scam!!! I am sorry but i really do not undertand you reasoning. There is no scam about donating to help people, unless giving is a scam because you don't get anything

jgosden, Butcher said that the other site might have been a scam, as some as been put up. I said that we should use DEC, as that is real!
