A simple shift and click the links opens them in a new window are there are other ways. I think they're FiveStarts Templates due to the fact of the title!

Maybe you should emply a decent webdesigner who can at least make your own site not suck, as if your layouts that bad i wouldnt even think of buying templates from you.
The no right click screams n00b. The images are over optomised and arnt fitting together correctly, it has poor rendering, and the codeing level is zilch, Its a fireworks hack and chop job by the looks of it.
Then you havent even used that properly, insted your overlaying it with absoutly positioned div layers.
I dont realy think you could construct a layout any worse if you were trying "/

The templates good for Habbos.eu (Craigeh) but the people are wierd. Apart from maybe Ozzie (Cos he does flash buttons for me) and Nikki (Cos she sounds cute)

You mean you dont pay him, and hes crap, so the layouts and your site suck.
Do not advertise and ask if you know that you are going to get bad comments, and if you dont like them. You know where you can put your website, dont you!
