OK, this only works in IE.

You may want to lower the strenth, or change the colour to fit your page.

EDIT: i just tryed my script again and ist stoped working. So id advise to use zainx's one.

to marquee just put the glow thing in marqee tags
<marquee><table style="filter:glow(color=yellow, strength=4)">USER TITLE</table></marquee>

yep. i edited my post after i found my oen wasnt working, for some reason, ive never used the function, so im not to good with its use.

i just tried what mentor said and it didnt work so i tweaked it a bit and put in

<marquee width="150">Title</marquee>

and now it it scrolls
