    I get it when I've been on the computer too long without my glasses on.

    Do you need glasses? Have you had your eyes tested recently? It might be time to pay a visit to your optician and to shut your computer off BEFORE you find yourself reaching the "my eyes are burning" stage of sleep deprivation.
