i have noticed alot of hotels have larger numbers (us) is 45 , and one hotel allows 90 habbos in at once

Maybe 40 cause its not a very big room. I just asked Y0MI [ Council Member ] He said that he noted it and will notice the habbo staff about it during the next meeting

Room capacity increase? Yes! Yes! And 40 is a sensible size. There is usually a queue to get into the room, and is a new member of the Hotel (non-HC) going to wait for 10 minutes to get into the room? Methinks not.

Not true. When it comes to big releases, though, then yes - of course. Habbo aren't going to risk a large release on the most popular of their Hotels, and cross their fingers hoping that something won't go wrong. They need to test things...

We've had a number of Public Rooms before other Hotels, we've had certain Rares before other Hotels, just not version updates. We got this new homepage design before other Hotels...

Yeah My Guess Is That Sulake Release Better Things On Other Hotels So They Become Popular Hotels Aswell.

The other hotels are jealous.. So they make more space for the newbs..

We have more newbs so we need more space for them Dump them in the welcomelounge

I happen to know that various council members are asking for the queue in the welcome lounge to be scrapped because non hc members who need the help cannot really get in quickly. I also think the room limit will be made higher. On the SG Hotel you can only get 7 X's in the Welcome Lounge, don't know if it's the same here.
