Align the boxes, get them the same size, and try and get better fonts

I don't think you understand the concept when you say XHTML or CSS. XHTML is an extensive markup language which is stricter than HTML and CSS is a styling language =]

Also mine is spelt 'mine' not 'myne' thats really annoying; as is the way you use capitals in the middle of sentences yet not the beginning of some "/

You could give him the xhtml file or the css file? then he can try and figure how to make the one hes missing if thats what hes asking
