What else do i use instead of a ''line'' across because i find the headers and footers really hard and the black at the end of the banner was because i made it to big and whne i screenies the .ca page bam it was to big

For the banner problem, try using a 1px line down in Photoshop, and press CTRL + T, and drag that piece across to create a 1PX stretched thingy-ma-jiggy

And for the dividers, try using a new layer, with a black and white line next to each other, then set the opacity low, and use the rectangular marquee tool with the feater tool set to 10, and take away a small amount from the edge

Ill create one to show u what I mean tomorrow if u dont understand.

Tomorrow, Ill make a layout based on your ideas, and ill do it with some alteration, so that you can see what I would do differently, Ill also make a second copy highlighted with what ive changed
