I listen to the radio. A lot of boring songs so I go to sleep lol. Or you can do some moderate exercise and then bubble bath or shower? Warm ones. It helps with circulating the blood and it's easy to fall asleep in the bed afterwards :]

NEVER eat about an hour before your going to bed a tleast. When your tired your body finds it tough to digest and it's hard to get to sleep on a full stomach. Try to wear yourself out slightly during the day with exercise or something to burn up energy. Caffiene never helps but something warm, non sweet like warm milk HELPS ALOT to relax yourself. I always find, a warm blanket thing that warms your bed before you go in it helps me get to sleep. try to clear your mind before you go to bed, if times get tough see your doctor for sleeping pills or any remedies he can recommend.

I find that on Sundays, theres a very intresting program on that makes me fall asleep. Radio one, Sundays, 9-11. The Sunday Surgery with Doctor Mark and Letitia. I listen to it on my phone so my mum doesn't hear. It is also quite intresting... yes.... hmmm...
