They liquidise some of the fat, to preserve it or something. Its pretty nasty, i saw it on some health programme.

Kinda like this program i saw about chickens
They keep em real bad.. most of them have like 500.000 chickens in a small hut and the black spots chickens have on there legs when there in super markets and stuff. Its like there wee cuz there so many chickens and not enough room the immonia burns there skin so when your in the swuper marken buying a chiken think about whats happened to it ;O
