head is above the body, and things not directly going on the page go in it, javascript, css, meta tags, and of cause the <title></title>tags.
Basic formating is your first call, just manipulate the text, sizes, new lines, pargraphs, colours etc. Whether you do this via font tags, or play around with useing the style="" attribute to add a little css is your choise, the css option is probably the more diffcalt at first, but more useful in the long run "/

why is your title in the body bit, it needs to be in the head bit, dont waste your time on these expensive programs, nothing wrong with notepad
