    They're actually a crap band. Their only decent song is Gravity, and the lyrics were given to them by Coldplay so..

    I don't think a serious song works. Most of the past classics were humorous in some way.

    They have to be catchy, something that the fans can sing. And preferably by a person/band that have no talent, ie Baddiel & Skinner, Fat Les, Ant & Dec.
