The walls need to be made a bit thick, like on the habbo rooms. Plus a wall needs to be added near the stairs, But you said its wip, so your probs playing to do that, Also the wall colour is a bit bright.

Im not going to rate this until you take a tutorial on how to shade and put it in that alteration.

stairs need thinkness as does the lift walls the walls need thickening and bringing down, the squares are too small for private rooms and too big for public.
