I think some people use the "
" as a sign of "respect" or "appreciation", but it is overused.
Even i overuse it :rolleyes_

Yeah their bound to say 'oh i dont agree' or 'nah i dont think so' on the pure basis that they are incredibly ignorant and are using their brains to look like fools.
