J mods, can moderatre, and MODERATE! The can make items apprear, alter their levels, etc.

On some Website Mond Andrew(creator of rs andrew) was at cw, lvl 0 with full dharoks (including helm) no one could hit on him and he hit like 4 60's in a row kinda boring game that way
