Its like on Habbo, I got banned for something I didnt do. Im still trying to appeal it.... they never respond with anything good.

I have that, lost quite a few T due to a perm - the last 3 emails ive sent they havent replied, and the 2 replies before that were just auto-responces...I even reported that someone was scamming other people in a casino and hacking accounts yet "Glitterkat" replied yesterday saying "sorry you had to learn the hard way, better luck next time" - I WASNT THE VICTIM.

Takes months for replies too, not sure if its the same with rs
