Don't you find it strange though? How four members of Staff have left, out of the blue, around the same time. I mean, yes, it is obvious that Callie is Impetuous, but didn't people say that about Jibbi too? It would make perfect sense, Callie has gone onto be "successful somewhere else in the world", so is Dionysus, he's off to Helsinki = Somewhere else in the world = He's going to be 'successful' because he got promoted. Maybe Callie is Dionysus, she left because she was promoted. Just a theory.
