I think it was the rude image but two other reasons were:

The Owner and Staff posting news articles that are rude and offensive to other Habbos e.g. Cheezy2 and his 'relationship' with Callie.

And the email sent by a staff member to the owner concerning the v7 images, I think, was published on Habbox homepage... and within stated that it shouldn't be shared with anyone other than the site owners, or something along those lines.

Okay, that may have not been one of the initial reasons, but doing that with the warning letter certainly did not help the cause.

Ah yes, but didn't sierk send a bratty reply saying "No!" to Callie. which got the fansite removed? I think that is what happened, Mentor is best explaining it...

Anyway, Coming back to the v7 images, Why did we get done, Yet i have seen some fansites post images of v9 before it came out.

If you had asked callie at the time then she would have not given you an answer. Infact she never did, Becs gave her opinions but callie never actually said why habbox was removed.

I think the main reason was the v7 pictures.
