I placed a suggestion in the habbo council drop in last year to have the option to buy bots. I also made a suggestion that fansite owners should have their own badge and that came true. So maybe it will come about when Version 10 is out.

The rumour may have started from HabboDown.Com's April Fools Day prank which claimed that v10 would bring many things including bots available for purchase for guest rooms.

I think having the abilty to buy a Bot on Habbo would cause immense lag. Over 50'000 Habbo's visit Habbo each day, could you imagine that many Bots? Bots respond to certain words or sentances, a lot of rooms get popular and if there was Bots in there it could be endless chat inserts from it. Therefore you have some hefty lag in your room.
