Music range?

I listen to everything, except country and most heavy metal stuff. But everything else im good with

I actually have some strange views with music. I can love a band, but not like a band that sounds exactly like them.

Im obviously into mostly alternative, indie and a little bit of heavy rock. I do like old stuff (I'm stuck mostly in the 90's) but I'm trying as hard as I can to find as much new stuff as I can that I like so I dont get stuck listening to my same old albums.

My friends at school are ska kids, most of them dont like any bands I do. Believe it or not, I havent met many people at all who have even close to the same taste as me. Other than one of my friends, one of my brother's friends, and my english teacher, I dont know anyone who likes Foo Fighters. (My english teacher is the closest to my music taste: R.E.M., Red Hot Chili Peppers, RATM, more). It might just be my school.:p

I'm pretty unpredictable with who I like. A new band could come out, and you might be amazed to find out that I like them or don't like them.
