I don't beleive there is a god or w/e. I made up a story which would proberly bore you, and most likely isn't true. So i won't tell it.

Please don't spam this thread! Finally a decent topic, thanks Lee.

Well to be honest I've never been sure about Christianity. The whole God argument has happened for hundreds of years and people seem to think that because millions of people believe in him they can't be wrong. Well they can.. it doesn't matter how many people believe in something it can still be false. Jesus was a very common name back then anyway so I'm sure Jesus did exist but wether it was the Bible's Jesus is a different story Some of the stories I've heard about Jesus/God are phenomenal.

This is the story of God.
God was an ordinary man, he sat down to write a book.
"God had sex and gave birth to Jesus. Jesus got killed and put on a cross. Another person that looked exactly the same as Jesus came and said I'm back. The end."

Two different people. Mary was also a common name like Jesus.

    No worries.

Yeah he probably did live but was just a normal man. He was probably a martyr or revolutionist.

I just don't get the whole idea of being a good christian and helping others when if you do sin you can just ask forgiveness and get straight into heaven. Bin Laden could mutter a quick apology on his deathbed and stroll through the pearlly white gates into a loving embrace from Jesus.

I'm pretty sure sins of what Bin Laden did are different to the sins that are asked for forgiveness. Anyways also different Christians interpret the Bible differently to other people. That's why you have different denominations such as Roman Catholic,Church of England etc. CoE don't beg for forgiveness and have them things with the 'father' where you go inside and speak to him.

I stopped believeing in God because i thought, even though if you live a life without pain you don't know what kindness and love and happyness is but i believe the pain i've went through for a 15 year old is worse than a lot of adults go through in their life time, thus making me believe there is no god. I know that... without pain there's no happyness just numbness but i've went through enough pain to make me feel... as if life isn't worth it. NO i'm not a damned goth or mosher etc. I have no grand parents, my parents have split up urm.. i only have 1 member of family that cares for me except my dad and sister and brother and brother in law, my auntie Jan.

This isn't a sob story i'm just explaining why i believe there's no god.

I believe there is something after life, or i would of ended my life. I've lost my gran parents and i want to believe when everyone passes away and eventually i do i will meet up with all my deceased relatives and have happiness at last.

I know, some people believe without god is without life and thus without any "heaven"/"hell" but there deffinetly is a good place and a bad place to go to, in my opinion.
