You been to the herald and he said your family crest is the dragon so there you are..
Goals:
91/94 mage
60/91 runecrafting
74/80 defence
Complete all quests, 10 to go

yes my family crest is a dragon, & then I went to make the helmet & sheild
Where do I get the crest?

You already have it, its not an item. Just ploom your helm or paint your sheild and it will autmaticly Do it in your crest colours.
