Axe Hut. Get your attack to 70 first, buy a whip and then go nuts. Since they attack you and their weak you'll only need about 5k lobs, regarding you dont die.

Good luck with it, was my target for a while, till I got it. ^^
I didnt use more than 3-4k lobs from 85-100, however a lot of mine was done training on weak things Such as shadow warriors in legends guild, close to bank when necessary and quick exp I found.

Oh yeah and I'll help you pay for the lobbies later if you need money, because I might be able to sell 200 rings of duelings as I need the mage exp, crafting exp, and mining exp and smithing

You should train on experiments, you won't need food and they're good exp.

Train on something like rock crabs, Good xp and low hitting & multi area. Good luck
