i stapled my finger in first grade. my teacher had to grit her teeth just pulling the staple out.

Stapled thumb aged 7 - Pull it out it will be fine probably wont need the plaster.

Super glued thumb and index finger together - pulled it apart felt funny after that.

Skewer through foot (all the way through) luckily it missed the bones so I pulled it out and bandaged it whilst supressing the bleeding.

Fell off bike at high speed. snapped wrist bone went through skin - A & E for me.

Finger Slammed in door - A & E again

Broke cartiledge in knee thanks to a hard football tackle - A & E

Well it has to come out, ether way, if its a staple gun, not to bad, since they dont fold over like normal stapers, hence they just pull out rather than ripping the skin.
But ether way, its not like you can just leave it in lol

It would be rather hard for the staple to bend with the conventional staplers too would it not? I mean the staple doesnt bend until it hits the metal plate at the bottom. But then again it depends how he stapled his finger whether it was across it or into it.

All these injuries... Worst that's ever happened to me was a huge graze on my knee (almost bone deep though) which kept me from walking for about six weeks, that's back when I was seven though... I've broken my middle finger twice (don't ask) and a toe. I have a habit of spraining my wrists though...
