It wasn't spam, i never spam
And i would use hyper cam, works for me.

The best to me is the one that lags RuneScape the least. Tell me which one that is please.

I use Hypercam. If it lags too bad go to:
Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> Troubleshoot -> Change Hardware Acceleration to none.
If that still dosen't work reduce your screen resoloution to 16 BIT.
