    I have one in development.It is a bit basic but is very secure.And easy to edit the files.Its a usersystem but you can add features to it.
    Starting webdesign again.

    Dude. You don't download TechTuts. You look at their tutorials and create your one usersys after you have a basic knowledge. If you downloaded it it would be called TechScripts. =/
