Est 05...
Some kid in my school who only hangs around with girls came out as bi, and nobody really says anything bad to him..
Whats any of this got to do with sexuality? Just because a boy hangs around with a group of girls doesn't make him gay or bisexual.
Is it honestly such a big deal to have a mixed group of friends these days? People really need to grow up and move on, and simply learn that the whole stereotypical idea of 'OMG YOU HANG BOUT WIF GURLS U R SO GAYYY', means you obviously fancy boys, just isn't true.
Also, I noticed someone touched on people being camp. The same idea again, just cause some boys are perhaps, more in touch with their feminine side, and could be classed as 'camp', that doesn't mean their gay. I know some camp people who have steady girlfriends, and have physical relationships with them, which simply proves that doesn't mean their gay!

To be honest, I've never spoken to anybody camp that's not turned out gay/bi. Metros seem to have a bit of campness around them, but not full blown "bent-wristedness". Also, he said it's "I only hang around with girls pretty much", or something along those lines, so it's not mixed friends.
Lol well you obviously havn't been around long enough to meet an extremely different range of people. Not all camp people turn out gay you know. Some people I know who could be classed as camp are in marriage... camp is different from being gay sexually.Originally Posted by RyanP

He admitted he was gay though Ostinato.
I know camp and gay are different, I'm just saying I've never met a camp-straight guy. And you're right, I'm 15 in liverpool, there's a wide range of camp people here, honest! :p

Lol I know. I'm not arguing for the fact of his sexuality, that's nothing to do with it. :pOriginally Posted by Craig

The only reason I said what I did, was because it was being portrayed that all people who are classed as 'camp' must be gay then, which isn't the case.

I'd just ignore them if I was you. Having girl mates is good anyway. I wish I had more female friends to be honest, as most of mine are male, and I feel girls are better to talk to than boys and can be more understanding about stuff.
If I was you, I'd hate me too..
Just ignore, them if they havnt got anything better to do then thats their problem
