And the rare they are given once they hit 12 months, maybe it should be untradable and you also couldnt drop it in anyones room apart from urs as i reckon this would make the rare more 'special'

Yer, better rares are needed from after the Golden HC. Maybe rares the same value as 5 HCs or more.

Yeah true wen there wasnt a limit i ahd a tone of frends coz i'd been on for say....... 3years? then wen the limit came in i happened 2 not have hc =/ so i culdnt add anyone and it took me ages coz i had 2 delete 1000friends =[ but i think now im hc im coming up 2 the limit again and im only 13days away from gold hc so maybe as u sed let me have more m8s x]
