Nah, Most of my levels are above 30 and only 2 of them are in the High scores.

I thought all levels had to be 30+ to be on high scores.

Yes you need level 30 to be on the high scores, but you got to be between rank 1 and 1 million, so in skills like attack because there's so many people with high attack stats you need around level 50 to be on the top scores.
I think that's how it works, because if you search by rank and type in 1000000 there's no more scores after that..
